Booking conditions

When ordering, booking or cancelling accommodation services LeviDay Oy complies with the following conditions. These conditions are binding on both parties from the time of booking. The customer making the reservation must be of legal age.

Booking and payment

After the booking is made, the customer receives an invoice for making a deposit (50% of the price of accommodation). The booking is confirmed after the client has made a deposit within the specified period. LeviDay reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the reservation has not been paid by the due date. If the reservation is made later than 5 weeks before the start of the accommodation, no deposit payment is required. The remaining part of the payment shall be paid within one month before the start of the rental period.

Cancellation

Cancellation is only accepted in writing to the LeviDay Oy address. If the customer cancels the reservation later than one month before the start of the rental period, the total cost of the rental will be charged. Otherwise, a prepayment will be charged. Cancellation is deemed to have been made when the cancellation information has been received by LeviDay Oy. If the customer shall be able to prove that the cancellation was made and sent to the correct address within the allowed time, the cancellation will be accepted, even if it was received late or not at all.

LeviDay reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of force majeure. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the reservation amount. LeviDay Oy also has the right to cancel the order if the reservation is not made within the specified period of time.

Transfer of the keys

The keys can only be obtained after providing a receipt of payment. The client shall contact the manager of the cottage at least one day before the start of the rental period. Then, the transfer of the keys shall be agreed upon. In the event of loss of the keys, all the costs of replacing the keys must be reimbursed by the LeviDay Oy client.

Staying in the cottage

The cottage is available for the client from 16.00 on the day of arrival to 12.00 on the day of departure. In periods A2, B and C, cleaning orders shall be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Otherwise, the cleaning fee must be paid at a later date. Smoking in cottages and the staying with pets is strictly forbidden.

Damage

The customer shall compensate LeviDay Oy for any damage caused to the cottage or its property.
Termination of the rental agreement in case of violations or incidents
If the renter, despite notification to the landlord or to a representative of the landlord, continues to cause interference or threats to those in the same or neighbouring apartment, the landlord or the landlord representative shall be entitled to terminate the rental agreement immediately. All costs associated with the above measures shall be paid by the renter.

Amount of people

It is forbidden to accommodate more people in the cottage than indicated when booking. It is forbidden to use tents, wheeled houses or trailers on the territory of the cottage without permission of the owner.

Complaints

All comments and complaints regarding the equipment and condition of the cottages should be filed immediately after their emergence and during the stay directly to the cottage owner or the cottage administrator. LeviDay Oy's booking terms also apply to Arainvest Oy and JTA-Invest Oy's accommodation services. We reserve the right to change the rates. Value Added Tax is levied in accordance with current legislation.
